warranty

Thank you for registering your VEILLUX products through the website. With the confidence of designing our lamps and reliability, all the VEILLUX lighting products are back with two (2) years carry-in warranties that provide excellent coverage.

  1. The warranty period commences from the purchase date of the products. For the warranty to be valid, registration of the lighting products on the VEILLUX website must be completed within 30 days from the purchase date. Please retain the original proof of purchase as VEILLUX reserves the right to have sight of this document before issuing a service under these terms.
  2. VEILLUX will process each valid claim as quickly as possible within the constraints of their operational procedures. VEILLUX shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, consequential or otherwise, howsoever caused due to any delay whatsoever in the supply of a replacement lamp under this warranty.
  3. The warranty covers only claims for parts and components due to manufacturing defects, and when the product is used under normal and proper usage. There is no cash alternative and the lamp warranty is not transferable. Repairs made after the expiration of the warranty period are subject to payment.
  4. This warranty does not cover transportation costs. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:
    • modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by anyone other than VEILLUX service personnel;
    • physical abuse to, overload of, or misuse of, the product or operation thereof;
    • any use of the product other than that for which it was designed;
    • shipment of the product to VEILLUX for service;
    • damage to the touch dimming control electronic due to the use of non-dimmable energy-saving or LED bulbs.
